Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a passenger on TX-360 and Post and Paddock St in Grand Prairie, TX on January 4th, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 2:37 p.m. A semi-truck reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of another vehicle. That vehicle was then pushed into another vehicle, causing a chain reaction collision. 69-year-old Debra Morrison, a passenger in one of the vehicles, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
