What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a shooting that killed two men at 9800 Jones Rd in Harris County, TX on December 22nd, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 2 a.m. Two different groups of men reportedly engaged in gunfire in the parking lot in front of a bar. One of the men was found dead in the drivers seat of a vehicle. Another man in the vehicle was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds and died shortly after arrival. The victims were Diego Barrera and Alturion Banks. Police later arrested 18-year-old Xavier Fletcher and 26-year-old Jason Cisneros in connection with the shooting. Both were charged with capital murder.
