What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two drivers at US 67 in Erath County, TX on December 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Wrangler operated by 62-year-old Kevin Miller was headed east in a westbound lane against traffic before colliding headed on with a GMC commercial vehicle operated by 33-year-old Dustin Howard. Howard and Miller were both killed in the collision. Officers allege suspicion of possible alcohol in the collision.
