Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Tejas Blvd in Conroe, TX on November 29th, 2023. Officials are saying it happened around 2:52 p.m. According to investigators, an Infiniti QX60 was southwest on Tejas Blvd before veering from the roadway for unconfirmed reasons. The vehicle is said to have struck the pavement at Short Mill Run, traveled airborne and landing in a ditch upon falling. The vehicle flipped onto its side in the process, the impact seriously injuring 26-year-old passenger, Emily Young. The driver, a 27-year-old man who was not publicly identified, allegedly had minor injuries. Sources indicate a DWI charge was recommended and/or issued against the driver.
