What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Hwy 281 near Bulverde Rd in San Antonio, TX on April 26th, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 2 p.m. A motorcycle collided with the rear of an SUV, causing the SUV to collided with the vehicle in front of it. The motorcycle driver died at the scene. A female passenger was hospitalized with serious injuries and also died. They were later identified as 59-year-old Gilbert Mendoza and 64-year-old Leticia Mendoza.
