Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 775 in Wilson County, TX on August 1st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:05 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Transit operated by 26-year-old San Antonio man was headed northwest on County Rd 344 before allegedly running a stop sign. The vehicle collided with a Chevrolet Suburban, operated by 18-year-old Hailey Madison Newby. Newby suffered serious injuries in the collision. The San Antonio man had minor injuries and was cited for Disregarding a Stop Sign.
