What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 75 in McKinney, TX on November 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:03 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic operated by 24-year-0ld Jalun Branch was northbound on US Hwy 75, attempting to exit the freeway. While doing so, police say the vehicle lost control and crashed into a nearby protective barrier. Reports say Branch was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Authorities had no additional information.
