What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man and injured a driver on FM 307 and South County Rd 1090 in Midland County, TX on November 6th, 2019. Officials say the incident happened 7:30 a.m. A vehicle driven by 52-year-old James Lingnau reportedly failed to yield and attempted to make a left turn onto FM 307. The vehicle then collided with another truck. Lingnau was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
