What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at SH 208 in Scurry County, TX on January 27th, 2020. Officials say the incident happened when a vehicle reportedly drove through a stop intersection and collided with the driver's side of a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Jared Lee Foster. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, 45-year-old Cody Allen Loving, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
