Local authorities have information on a crash involving a tractor-trailer that seriously injured a driver. Authorities say it occurred at State Hwy 321 in Liberty County, TX on December 31st, 2022. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by an unnamed 55-year-old Fort Worth man was headed northbound before performing a left turn. Officers allege the truck failed to yield during the turn, leading to it being struck by a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 28-year-old Jason Lee Hard. Hard suffered serious injuries in the collision, according to investigators. The other driver was not injured and a Failure to Yield Right of Way charge was recommended and/os issued.
