What Happened

Austin Police are investigating a crash that killed one person and injured four others at Rundberg Lane and Quail Field Dr in Austin TX on January 29th, 2020. Officials say the incident happened around 10:11 a.m A vehicle failed to yield and collided with two other vehicles at an intersection. Police did confirm that one person was pinned between vehicles or inside of a vehicle and was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries that they later died from. Police later identified that person as Javier Elijah Garcia. Three teens and a child were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
