Authorities say The driver of the Nissan, identified as Javier Resnediz Jr, had injuries believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as 59-year-old Javier Resendiz Sr, had more serious injuries, authorities say, was a 51-year-old passenger in the Dodge. The driver of the Dodge had non-life-threatening injuries and is alleged to have been under the influence of alcohol.
