Police say the incident happened around 6:53 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado C3500 operated by a 34-year-old Kingwood, TX man is allegedly to have failed to yield at the intersection with County Road 1156. The vehicle is alleged to have struck a second Chevrolet Silverado, operated by 25-year-old Jonathan Levario Lujan. Officials say Lujan sustained injuries believed to be serious in nature while the Kingwood man was uninjured. Officials recommend and/or issued a Failure to Yield Row charge.
