What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at Riverside Dr in Fort Worth, TX on April 1st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 7:53 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Trailblazer was southbound on Riverside Dr before veering into a southbound lane and striking a GMC G Series. The impact is said to have caused the GMC to lose control and veering through a fence and into a building while the Chevrolet also struck a Chevrolet Silverado. Reports say the driver of the Silverado identified as 44-year-old Jose Ayala Ruedas, suffered possible injuries. The driver of the Trailblazer and a 29-year-old passenger, neither publicly identified, were both allegedly seriously injured. Sources indicate the driver of the Trailblazer was charged with DWI.
