What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at Parks School House Rd in Waxahachie, TX on April 6th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Odyssey was exiting a private drive at an apartment complex is said to have turning onto Parks School House Rd before allegedly failing to yield right of way. The vehicle is said to have collided with a Nissan Sentra operated by 51-year-old Jose Sierra. Reports say Sierra and one of his passengers were both seriously injured while a second passenger had less serious injuries. The other driver, who was not publicly identified had possible injuries.
