Authorities are investigating a crash that injured one person involved at US 377 in Watauga, TX on May 16th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:05 p.m. According to investigators, Ford Ranger was turning to enter into a parking lot as a Ford F-150 traveled northbound on US 377. Reports indicate as the Ranger turned, the F-150 swerved in an attempt to avoid a collision before the two vehicles collided. Following the collision, sources indicate the driver of the Ranger fled the scene. 60-year-old F-150 passenger, Juanita Evans, was seriously injured, reports say.
