What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Plano Pkwy and Hemingway Ln in Carrollton, TX on September 4th, 2022. Police say it happened around 3:05 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Caliber operated by 21-year-old Luke Mitchel was headed northbound on Plano Pkwy when it veered partially onto a raised grass shoulder for unknown reasons. The vehicle is to have struck a tree after before overturning, causing both Mitchel and passenger serious injuries. The passenger was identified as 19-year-old Kallie Harris.
