Police have information on a crash that killed one person involved at US 377 in Granbury, TX on July 31st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Corolla headed westbound on Hwy 377 is alleged to have run a red light before colliding with a Ford Escape turning northbound onto Old Cleburne Road. The impact is said to have left 86-year-old Ford operator, Kenneth McDowell, fatally injured. His 86-year-old passenger, Patricia McDowell, was seriously injured, reports say. Reports also say the driver and passenger in the Toyota, neither publicly identified, had alleged minor injuries.
