What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least three people FM 1960 in Harris County, TX on December 28th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 9:10 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra operated by 30-year-old Jorge Pastor was headed westbound, allegedly between vehicles before colliding with a westbound Jeep Renegade. The GMC continued westbound before colliding with a Nissan Altima operated by 28-year-old Khadijah Marcion. A passenger in the Nissan, a 10-year-old girl, was seriously injured. The driver of the Jeep was not injured. Marcion had minor injuries, as didd Pastor. Authorities issued a charge of Intoxication Assault against Pastor.
