What Happened

Area authorities have identified the drivers killed in a collision at US 277 in Jones County, TX on May 18th, 2023. Police say it happened sometime around 4 a.m. and named 64-year-old Kyle Stephenson and Odell Giggs Jr as the victims. Investigators allege a vehicle operated by Stephenson was traveling northbound in southbound lanes prior to colliding head-on with Giggs's southbound vehicle.
