What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials released the name of the driver killed in a single-vehicle accident on FM 726 in Upshur County, TX on February 8th, 2019. 31-year-old Landon Casey Brittain was killed when his vehicle reportedly ran through a stop sign into a ditch. It then lost control and rolled to one side, partially ejecting Brittain. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
