What Happened

El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at 6500 Alabama St in El Paso, TX on November 27th, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 10:58 a.m. A vehicle driven by 71-year-old Lilian Arrington reportedly failed to yield to a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Xzjha Stevens at an intersection. The vehicles collided and both drivers left the scene. Later Arrington complained of trouble breathing and died before emergency services arrived.
