What Happened

San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Babcock Rd in San Antonio, TX on May 1st, 2024.  Police say the incident happened around 9 p.m. According to investigators, 53-year-old Lisa Stilling was allegedly crossing the roadway when she was struck by a passing vehicle. Authorities say the driver remained at the scene to render aid. Stilling was taken to an area hospital with injuries she later died from, reports say. Additional information was not available.
