What Happened

Authorities are investigating an incident that injured a man at I-35 in Jarrell, TX on March 18th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:55 a.m. According to investigators, a Mack truck was traveling northbound in an outside lane of I-35 before another vehicle ahead allegedly began to quickly lower its speed. While attempting to avoid a collision, reports say the truck braked and veered to the right, entering into a grassy shoulder where it overturning. The driver, a 57-year-old man who was not publicly identified, was seriously injured, reports say. Additional inforamtion was not immediately available.
