What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities have inforamtion on a crash that killed one person involved at US Hwy 59 in Houston, TX on April 21s, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:50 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 is alleged to have collided with the rear of a Hyundai Azera in rainy weather conditions, The impact is said to have caused the vehicle to crash into a nearby barrier wall, leaving a 25-year-old passenger seriously injured. The passenger, a man who was not publicly identified, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he died from on April 24. The driver of the red, identified as 46-year-old Horacio Cruz Vijarro, was allegedly charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Additional inforamtion was not available.
