Officials say the incident happened around 11 a.m. A vehicle operated by 61-year-old Royce Freebourn reportedly ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle. Inside that vehicle were Margarita Bottello and Yazmin Villagomez Martinez, both who died at the scene. Freebourn faces two charges of intoxication manslaughter.
