What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Martin St in San Antonio, TX on April 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:27 a.m. Police allege a Ford Explorer operated by 25-year-old Karen Garnica was traveling westbound before colliding with a Nissan parked on the north side of the road. An occupant of the vehicle, identified as 28-year-old Maria Galvez, had injuries believed to be serious in nature. Police say Garnica was not injured and recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
