What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at FM 685 in Pflugerville, TX on October 12th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Malibu operated by a 41-year-old Austin man is accused of running a red light prior to colliding with a Chevrolet Tahoe operated by 62-year-old Jose Godinez. Authorities say 54-year-old Tahoe passenger, Maria Paloalto, was seriously injured while Godinez had possible injuries. The Austin man had injuries considered to be minor in nature. Additional information was not immediately available.
