What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials released the name of a man killed in a semi-truck accident in Garrison, TX on January 3rd, 2019. 64-year-old Milton Phillips was killed when his vehicle lost control and crashed into the side of brick building. Phillips was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
