What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-45 in Conroe, TX on October 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Sentra operated by 27-year-old Marlon Flores was headed southbound on an I-45 feeder road before veering over a grass divider onto the main lanes of the highway. The vehicle crashed into a median before veering away from and back into the median. A passenger in the vehicle, 30-year-old Noe Cesar Ochoa, was seriously injured in the collision. Flores was uninjured and officers recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
