What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash the injured a driver at I-35E in Dallas, TX on April 13th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 3:05 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Sentra was northbound on I-35E. At the same time a Dodge Challenge headed northbound before changing lanes and colliding with the Nissan. Reports indicate the driver of the Dodge, identified as 21-year-old Orlin Rodas Avila, was seriously injured. The other driver was allegedly uninjured. Additional information was not available.
