What Happened

Dallas County Police are investigating an accident that injured a city worker on Red Bird Ln in Dallas, TX on February 7th, 2019. Police say a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Leonette Briggs lost control and crashed into a city worker. The worker was hospitalized with minor injuries. Briggs, who had a 1-year-old child in the backseat with her at the time of the crash, was arrested. She was charged with driving while impaired with a child under the age of 15.
