Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-35W and SH 170 in Fort Worth, TX on September 22nd, 2019. Officials say the incident happened around 4:22 a.m. A man was reportedly attempting to cross the road on-foot when he was struck by a passing vehicle. The man was killed in the collision. Police later identified him as 24-year-old Preston Caleb Seals.
