Texas Department of Public Safety officials released the name of the man killed in a single-vehicle accident in Archer County, TX on January 10th, 2019. 68-year-old Randall Wayne Weems was closing a gate on private property when he was crushed by his vehicle. Officials believe Weems was trying to re-enter the vehicle after it began to roll away. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
