El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed one person at Loop 475 in El Paso, TX on April 18th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:16 a.m. Police say the incident involved one vehicle allegedly crossing a median before colliding with a second vehicle at a ramp.
