Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 59 in Houston, TX on September 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:34 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Impala headed westbound is alleged to have failed to control its speed before colliding with a second westbound Chevrolet Impala with active emergency equipment. Sources indicate the driver of the second Impala, identified as 62-year-old Richard Anthony Ramirez, was seriously injured. The other driver, identified as 50-year-old Abramson Joseph Broussard, was allegedly uninjured. Sources further indicate Brouusard was charged with Intoxication Assault in connection with the crash.
