What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Padre Island Dr in Corpus Christi, TX on March 30th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle headed southbound on South Padre Island Dr is said to have collided with a Nissan Rogue making a right turn onto Encantada. Authorities say the motorcyclist, identified as 42-year-old Robert Bobby Craig, was hospitalized with injuries he died from several days later. The occupants of the Nissan were uninjured.
