What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 90 in Del Rio, TX on March 19th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:55 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Corolla was northbound on Veterans Blvd in a turn lane before allegedly failing to yield right of way and turning left ahead of a southbound Kawasaki KLX230 motorcycle. Officials say the motorcyclist, identified as 27-year-old Roberto Jasso, was seriously injured. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured and cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way.
