What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed one person and injured another on US 67 in San Angelo, TX on February 6th, 2019. Officials say a pickup truck going northeast lost control and crossed a center line. It then struck a pickup truck headed southwest. 45-year-old Rogelio M. Castellanos was pronounced dead at the scene. 40-year-old Gustina Penna was transferred to the hospital with serious injuries.
