Officials say the incident happened around 2:55 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 55-year-old Katy, TX man reportedly failed to yield to approaching traffic and collided with a vehicle operated by 19-year-old Saba Arianpour, who suffered minor injuries. Two others were treated for minor injuries.
