What Happened

Police in the are are investigating a crash that injured a woman at US 281 near I-35 in San Antonio, TX on October 29th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:07 a.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Sentra entering the highway is said to have lost control at a curve and lost control while attempting to correct back into the road. The vehicle traveled across multiple lanes before crashing into a concrete barrier. A front seat passenger, identified as 25-year-old Savannah Zamora, was hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver, 32-year-old Alexander Garay , was arrested on an intoxication assault charge.
