What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a woman at US Hwy 180 in Stephens County, TX on April 22nd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. According to investigators, a vehicle turning out of a parking lot onto the highway allegedly failed to yield right of way and in the process collided with an oncoming pickup truck. Authorities say 22-year-old Shayden Ramsey was hospitalized with injuries that later became fatal. The pickup truck operator allegedly had minor injuries.
