Police say the incident happened around 9:34 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Civic is alleged to have veered out of its lane of travel for unknown reasons before colliding with a second Honda Civic in an adjacent lane. Reports indicate the driver of the second Honda, identified as 19-year-old Stellan Brasher, was seriously injured.
