What Happened

Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that injured a driver at I-35 in San Marcos, TX on September 9th, 2022. Officials are saying it happened around 6:19 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan 350Z operated by 30-year-old Andrew Ramirez was is alleged to have failed to yield while turning from a private driveway. It struck a southbound Subaru Ascent operated by 40-year-old Susan Elaine Beardsley, causing the Subaru to overturn multiple times. Beardsley was seriously injured in the collision while Ramirez was evaluated for possible injuries. Authorities did not have additional information to disclose.
