What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at I-30 in Bowie County, TX on October 15th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. Investigators say a Chevrolet Aveo was westbound before allegedly swerving to avoid an oncoming vehicle. The Aveo lost control while performing an evasive maneuver, losing control and overturning. The driver, a 22-year-old Texarkana woman, was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries.
