What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people at East Anderson Ln Service Rd in Austin, TX on November 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:10 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Taurus is alleged to have collided with the rear of a Toyota Highlander stopped for a red light. A 30-year-old passenger in the Ford as well as the 30-year-old Toyota operator both had minor injures, according to police. Also injured, police say, was a 350-year-old passenger in the Toyota. Reports indicate the Ford operator, who was allegedly uninjured, was placed under arrested for suspected intoxicated assault. Additional information was not available.
