What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that that injured at least three people at FM 1314 in Caney Creek, TX on April 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford pickup truck is alleged to have missed a turn, colliding with a Hyundai and BMW head-on. Authorities say three occupants in the BMW, including a 12-year-old child, were hospitalized with serious injuries. Also seriously injured was the driver of the Ford, who was not publicly identified and accused of being intoxicated while driving. The Hyundai operator was allegedly uninjured.
