What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at US 377 in Haltom City, TX on September 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:02 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tacoma operated by 61-year-old Doroteo Arbaiza was going eastbound on Belknap before allegedly failing to yield at a red traffic signal. The vehicle then collided with a GMC Terrain operated by 34-year-old Thresa Nichole Burns, who was seriously injured. Police say Arbaiza was not injured. Additional information was not available.
