Police say the incident happened around 10:08 p.m. According to investigators, A Chrysler 200 operated by 30-year-old Joshua Robinson was headed northbound on TX 260 when it collided with the rear of a Honda Accord operated by 27-year-old Toan Ta. Ta was seriously injured in the collision while reports indicate Robinson was both uninjured and charged with DWI.
