Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Kitty Hawk Rd in Universal City, TX on April 9th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:57 p.m. According to investigators, a Kia Sorento operated by 20-year-old Converse, TX man was exiting a Walmart gas station onto Kitty Hawk Rd and turned left onto a oneway street, driving into oncoming traffic. It collided with an approaching Mercedes-Benz GLK, operated by a 55-year-old Shertz, TX man. The collision caused serious injuries to a 55-year-old passenger while the Converse man suffered minor injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
